Had a issue with my order that quickly resolved, recieved my soap and have been using it since and it is to me a high quality soap

I have been using batana oil all of 2026 and I can honestly say it has made a noticeable change in my hair. The claims are true. :)
But of the brands I have tried The Alkaline Brand has been the best. It is and will be a regular part of my hair care routine moving forward.
And the customer service is top-tier.

10/10 definitely worth every penny.

Literally so amazing

The best 👌🏾

Amazing quality and shipped very quick too!

Making my scalp feel good

Yes it is making my scalp feel good

You can tell it’s pure

This product I have used before not this brand, but definitely the product and when I opened it and I smelled it it smells like coffee the way that it melts in my hand. I absolutely love you. Definitely have a customer for life!

My 1sttime using the kit
I absolutely love the shampoo my locs are past my butt, so I have to purchase the big bottle of shampoo next. The bottle i got I used half the bottle already. It left my locs feeling clean, and soft. The conditioner left them feeling hydrated andshiny . U got my as a client! The batsna oil omg i love ❤️!!! Will definitely keep u updated in the next 3 months.

I am absolutely in LOVE with this Batana soap! Best natural soap I’ve EVER used. Helps with all minor and even some major skin problems. Dryness. Itchiness. Sunburn. Minor eczema. Helps retain moisture & can even be used femininely. Don’t walk, RUN before she sells out again 😭🫶🏽

Love the soap. Lathers up nice, smells great and is an awesome size just wish it didnt sell out so fast.

Awesome shampoo. Glad I was able to get it in 1 gallon size. Will be back for more.

Bought in bulk 2 gallon sizes and was amazed by the quality and smell. Will be back for more.
